<span id="topic-1" style="padding-top:40px;">Forward your calls</span>

To set up call forwarding, follow these steps:

1. 1. Select your profile picture at the top of Teams.
2. 2. Select Settings and then Calling.
3. 3. Under Incoming calls, select the toggle next to Call forwarding.
4. 4. Select Forward to and choose to forward to Voicemail or select a Contact or number to forward your calls to. 

<span id="topic-2" style="padding-top:40px;">Ring to another number</span>

You can have your incoming calls ring to an additional number or contact. To set this up, follow these steps:

1. 1. Select your profile picture at the top of Teams.
2. 2. Select Settings and then Calling.
3. 3. Under Incoming calls, select Also ring and choose a Contact or number to also ring.

<span id="topic-3" style="padding-top:40px;">Determine where unanswered calls go</span>

You can set up to have your answered calls go to voicemail or to another contact or phone number. To set this up, follow these steps:

1. 1. Select your profile picture at the top of Teams.
2. 2. Select Settings and then Calling.
3. 3. Under Incoming calls, select If unanswered and choose Voicemail or select a Contact or number to ring if you can’t answer a call.
