<span id="topic-1" style="padding-top:40px;">Forward your calls</span>

To set up call forwarding, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Select the Settings and more icon next to your profile picture at the top of Teams.
  2. 2. Select Settings and then Calls.
  3. 3. Under Call answering rules, choose Forward my calls.
  4. 4. Select where you want your forwarded calls to go:
  5.        ○ Voicemail
  6.        ○ New number or contact
  7.        ○ Call group

You can also modify these settings on the Calls tab by selecting Don't forward, Forward to voicemail, etc., in the lower, left of Teams. 

<span id="topic-2" style="padding-top:40px;">Choose your ringtones</span>

To set your preferred ringtones, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Select the Settings and more icon next to your profile picture at the top of Teams.
  2. 2. Select Settings and then Calls.

Under Ringtones, you can choose separate ringtones for your normal calls, forwarded calls, and delegated calls (if applicable), so you're able to tell them apart.


<span id="topic-3" style="padding-top:40px;">Turn on Text Telephone (TTY)</span>

Turn on TTY to use text to communicate over the phone line. To enable, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Select the Settings and more icon next to your profile picture at the top of Teams.
  2. 2. Select Settings and then Calls.
  3. 3. Under Accessibility, check the box next to Turn on TTY mode.
Note: Make sure to connect a TTY device.
